Shipping policy

• 5€ for shipments within Spain.
• 20€ for shipments within Europe.
• Contact for custom shipping to the rest of the world.

The estimated shipping times are as follows from the moment you receive the email confirming that your package has been dispatched:

• Spain: 2-3 business days.
• EU: 4-6 business days.
• South/North America, Asia, and Australia: 7-10 business days.

Packages will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. Once the package has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the shipping details and tracking number.

For international shipments, CoupledRoof is not responsible for any additional customs fees.

Please note all orders are subject to no returns as everything we sell is second-hand, If an item has been described incorrectly we will provide a full refund with free shipping (provided it is in its original condition). To initiate the return process, please send an email to coupledroof@gmail.com.

Once the item has been received and its condition verified, the return will be issued.
